We stand behind the quality of our products and value our customers.  For hygiene reasons, we can only accept a one-time exchange if they're unused and unopened in their original packaging.  If you find any defective items, please contact our sales representative within 7 working days of receiving the products. Promotional items are unfortunately not eligible for exchange.  We thank you for your understanding.
